POLYESTER GEOTEXTILES.

Flat geosynthetic made of polyester fibers (PES)

Polyester geotextile characterized by water permeability and filtration ability

Geotextile is a flat geosynthetic made of polyester (PES) or polypropylene (PP) fibers mechanically connected by stitching, stitching or thermally as a result of welding.

Polyester fibers are characterized by relatively high tensile strength and high melting point - the product is recommended for contact with bituminous mass.

An additional advantage is high resistance to light (UV rays). Geotextile does not contain toxic compounds and is harmless to man and the natural environment.

APPLICATION:

It is recommended to use in earth and hydrotechnical construction, wherever there are high mechanical loads and the water and liquid permeability is important.

Geotextile is used primarily in the construction of:

parkings,
courts,
fields,
terraces,
paved surfaces
or green roofs.

It is also used for laying pavements, paths around the house, making the driveway to the garage, drainage around the façade of the building and the construction of sewage treatment plants, swimming pools and ponds. Geotextile is also used as protection against damage geomembranes (important when using PrimaTess PVC waterproofing membranes).

IMPORTANT FEATURES OF PRIMA TESS PVC

Filtration - geotextiles prevent movement of soil particles, also allowing free flow of liquids and gas.

Separation and reinforcement - geotextiles improve the mechanical parameters of the substrate and for this purpose they are laid below or between layers of soil to absorb the resulting dynamic stresses arising from the use of roads, airports or railway traction.

Drainage and protection - PrimaTess is an effective protection of geomembranes and films against mechanical damage and release of dangerous compounds into the natural environment. Additionally, thanks to the stable water permeability, PrimaTess discharges sewage and gases generated in landfills. The PrimaTess geotextile keeps mud and silt from entering the pipe drainage layer. Otherwise, the drainage system will not function properly.
